This policy explains how the CASELOAD game and this website handle information. CASELOAD is published by Idle Hands.

The Short Version

CASELOAD is a single-player game that runs on your device. It does not ask you to create an account, and it does not collect your name, email, contacts, location, or any other personal information.

What the Game Stores

• Game progress. Your case progress, character name, avatar choice, and unlocked content are saved locally on your own device so you can pick up where you left off. This data never leaves your device.
• No accounts. There is no login, no profile server, and no cloud sync. Uninstalling the app removes its saved data.
• No tracking SDKs or advertising identifiers are bundled in the beta build.
• Optional in-app survey. If the game asks an optional "would you pay to continue?" question, your answer is tallied locally on your device only.

This Website

Like most websites, the server hosting caseload.idle-hands.net keeps standard request logs (such as IP address, browser type, and the time of a request) for security and basic traffic understanding. These logs are not used to identify individual visitors and are not sold or shared.

Payments & Future Content

The current release is a free beta. If paid content is offered in the future, the purchase would be handled by a third-party payment or app-store provider (for example Google Play). That provider processes the transaction under its own privacy policy; CASELOAD does not receive or store your payment-card details.

Children

CASELOAD is intended for a general/teen audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated date above will change with it. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
